MRO

Buenas, abro este tema porque veo que la mayoria de los records estan hechos con la version antigua donde todavia habia direccion asistida, por lo que no se pueden mejorar esos tiempos. Pongo el ejemplo de los ovalos donde ya no se puede poner ala a cero porque el coche hace el trompo, creo que lo mas razonable seria borrar los tiempos para que los nuevos tiempos fuesen mejorables.

A mí esto no me parece así. Los récords hay que dejarlos como están, y de dirección asistida nada. Además, que yo piloto mucho en circuitos de Nascar, yo puedo hacer un sting de muchas vueltas (no se cuántas ) con el ala a 0, con la tracción 0...

Es más; en el campeonato MRO Zero, conocido por todos, el ala va a 0, y la verdad que para mí, que soy un total negado y novato para eso, va bien. Pero, si poniendo el ala a 0 trompeas, ¿para qué la pones?

No comparto tu opinión, Ramonxd. Si es cierto lo que dice Kamikaze, los tiempos deberían borrarse. No tengo ni idea si el anterior borrado de tiempos se hizo coincidiendo con la nueva versión (y nueva física...) o con la restauración y traspaso de la web al phpbb3.

De todas formas, a mí lo que me choca es que se puedan subir tiempos a la web usando kers y drs, es algo que me parece desacertado.

Igual he sido muy duro, jeje. Soy muy duro de mollera. Pero lo que digo, es que la dirección asistida me parece que nunca ha existido. Pero, que los récords me parece que no se deberían borrar, así hay más motivación.

Pues a mí no me parece mal que se puedan usar KERS y DRS en los récords... ¿por qué no?

Con KERS & DRS arruinaron los tiempos.Mis razones son simples,mucha velocidad punta y circuitos con muchas carga de ala.Horrible,mirar mis tiempos y saquen sus conclusiones...

Sin el KERS y DRS se ve al verdadero crack.

Holas! Sorry I can't speak Spanish too well but hopefully I can offer some explanation.

edit: My first post asked if KERS was allowed before as I didn't know it was allowed now and after some testing, I see it is allowed. Since KERS is allowed, the cars can go faster with quite a big difference in times than without KERS plus after a few laps, the level of KERS restores itself a few times so it would make everyone's cars and laptimes faster, but also, equally.

It would make it equal because we all have the same amount of KERS. The only difference I think is when it is used and how much time a driver can effectively use it. Say for example, you're on lap 3, you are about to start lap 4. If you use KERS just before lap 4 and cross the finish line, KERS will restore itself to full so you got an extra boost and a full level of KERS now how you use that remaining KERS is up to you but the amount of KERS available cannot change as it's the same for us all.

The record holder's times are valid, I've followed many very closely to see how they take the corners, when they turn, when they brake, when they accelerate, and noticed there isn't a big difference in times that are close to those which are also nearly the same when they go around the track.

I don't think the records would be reset though since the cars are faster. It's only when in the past, a new version of MRO was released where the physics included the car spinning and tire wear, that the records had to be reset because in many tracks the times were not possible due to physics. As the physics changed and the cars became more realistic, that's when MRO had to reset the times.

I found my old records, there were a lot more but it's not archived. I will create a thread that will help drivers by explaining my techniques as I would like everyone to be a good driver in MRO, all it takes is practice.
